Why Use ODR Chambers?
Sometimes, if the plaintiff and defendant were honest with each other about their bottom lines to settle a lawsuit, they’d settle. But for good reason, neither side wants to disclose its bottom line to the other side.
ODR Chambers allows you to test whether your client’s bottom line and the other side’s bottom line cross, without risk that you’ll disclose your bottom line to them and then not settle.
ODR Chambers keeps your offers confidential and does not disclose them to the other side. The only way the other side finds out your offer is if (and when) you reach a deal because the plaintiff is willing to accept less than the defendant is willing to pay. If that happens, ODR Chambers will split the difference between your bottom lines and you’ll have a deal. Your client can never reach a deal that is not as good as its bottom line.
ODR Chambers will only take about 10 minutes of your time. It won’t settle all of your cases, or even a high percentage of them. It may, though, settle some of them to allow you to focus your time on the cases that really require your attention. And you look like a hero to your client by settling their case early and very inexpensively.
The best part? Your client only pays if you settle. If you don’t settle, there’s no charge. And even if you do settle, your client pays only $175 (Cdn.). So no downside to trying.
